Professional snapshot

Aditya leads Field Services across SAARC at GitHub, helping enterprises accelerate developer productivity and modernize how they build software — spanning security, governance, the AI-powered SDLC, and agentic AI.

Before GitHub, he led Professional Services at Flex Consulting for MongoDB. Earlier, as a consulting engineer, he delivered 1,000+ days of engagements with 400+ customers, and spent eight years as a Java developer in banking and telecom. A BITS Pilani alumnus, he thrives at the intersection of engineering depth and customer outcomes.

Developer roots

Eight years writing Java for banking and telecom platforms, where uptime, security and audit were never optional. That grounding still shapes how he advises engineering teams today.

At enterprise scale

1,000+ days of hands-on engagements with 400+ customers, and now leading Field Services across SAARC. His view on AI comes from what teams are actually shipping, not from a slide.

Giving back

A passionate educator who has mentored 2,000+ students across 25 colleges in India, and continues creating technical content for developer communities.
